संख्या-102 /XV- 3 / 2024-06 ( 04) 2004- राज्यपाल , उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके , उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य नियमावली, 2013 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं:-
उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य (संशोधन) नियमावली , 2024
1. ( 1 ) इस नियमावली का संक्षिप्त नाम उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024 है ।
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
(2) यह दिनांक 01.11.2021 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जाएगी ।

क्रमांक -08 का
2. उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य नियमावली, 2013 में परिशिष्ट- छः (1 ) के क्रमांक -08 को निम्नलिखित रूप से एतद्वारा प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the 'Constitution of India' , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 102/ XV- 3/ 2024-06 ( 04) 2004 Dated- March 13 , 2024 for general information .
NOTIFICATION

No. 102 /XV- 3 / 2024-06 ( 04) 2004--In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Uttarakhand Fisheries Act , 2003 , the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to further amend the Uttarakhand Fisheries Rules , 2013 : -
The Uttarakhand Fisheries ( Amendment ) Rules , 2024
Short Title and commencement 1. (1) These Rules may be called the Uttarakhand Fisheries (Amendment ) Rules , 2024.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date 01-11-2021
In Uttarakhand Fisheries Rules , 2013 Serial No. 8 of Appendix - VI ( 1 ) shall be substituted as follows , namely: -

Rule hereby substituted Rule- Serial No.8 of Appendix - VI ( 1 )
