संख्या-07नो- M /XXXVI -A - 1 / 2025-08 नो- एम/ 2007 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53, सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री मनीष चन्द्र सिंह, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 25-03-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय ऊधमसिंह नगर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री मनीष चन्द्र सिंह का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 07नो- M /XXXVI -A- 1/ 2025-08 No. - M/2007 Dated- March 25 , 2025 .

No. 07नो- M /XXXVI -A- 1 /2025-08 No - M / 2007 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Manish Chandra Singh , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 25-03-2025 for District Headquater Udhamsingh Nagar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Manish Chandra Singh be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
