संख्या-516 / XX - 5-2025-03 ( 16 ) 2024- उत्तर प्रदेश शरीर रचना परीक्षण अधिनियम , 1956 (TheUttar Pradesh Anatomy Act , 1956) में विहित प्रावधानों के क्रम में राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित (Established) संधारित (Maintained) अथवा अभिज्ञात (Recognized ) चिकित्सा संस्थान , जिसमें कोई अस्पताल या चिकित्सा संस्थान अथवा शैक्षिक संस्थान सम्मिलित हैं तथा जो शरीर रचना शास्त्र सम्बन्धी परीक्षण एवं चीरफाड़ या दोनों के निमित्त , सरकारी गजट में प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति द्वारा इस रूप में , राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित , संधारित अथवा अभिज्ञात हो, को उत्तर प्रदेश शरीर रचना परीक्षण अधिनियम, 1956 (The Uttar Pradesh Anatomy Act , 1956) की धारा 2 (1 ) (क) में विहित प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण हेतु लावारिस मानव शव ( Unclaimed Human Dead Body ) उपलब्ध कराये जाने हेतु शासनादेश संख्या -146 / XX - 3-2016-09 ( 01 ) 2016 , दिनांक 21.07.2016 को निम्नवत् विस्तारित किये जाने की राज्यपाल सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं: -
(1 ) उत्तर प्रदेश शरीर रचना परीक्षण अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 2 (1 ) (क) में उल्लिखित " प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी " से आशय यथास्थिति सम्बन्धित जनपद के वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक / पुलिस अधीक्षक से है ।.
(2) जनपद में उपलब्ध लावारिस मानव शव (Unclaimed Human Dead Body) को प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी (जनपद के वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक / पुलिस अधीक्षक) के माध्यम से उसी जनपद में स्थित राज्य सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त चिकित्सा संस्थान को उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा ।
(3 ) जनपद में स्थित चिकित्सा संस्थान द्वारा किसी अन्य जनपद में लावारिस मानव शव प्राप्त किये जाने की अपेक्षा की जाती है तो लावारिश शव को उपलब्ध कराने हेतु प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी द्वारा पुलिस मुख्यालय (पुलिस महानिदेशक) से अनुमोदन प्राप्त करने के पश्चात् सम्बन्धित संस्थान को उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा ।
2- अतः उपरोक्त विहित तथ्यों के आलोक में शासनादेश संख्या -146 / XX- 3-2016- 09(01 )2016 , दिनांक 21.07.2016 के प्रस्तर-2, 3 एवं 4 में विहित तथ्यों को उक्त सीमा तक संशोधित समझा जाय एवं उक्त शासनादेश दिनांक 21.07.2016 में विहित अवशेष तथ्य। एवं शर्ते यथावत रहेंगी ।

Inpursuance of the provision of clause ( 3) of Article 348 of " the Constitution of India " , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 516/XX - 5-2025-03 ( 16) 2024 , Dated - April 16 , 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION
April16, 2025
No. 516 /XX - 5-2025-03 ( 16) 2024-- In accordance with the provision prescribed in the Uttar Pradesh Anatomy Act, 1956 , for providing unclaimed human dead body for training to medical institution established , maintained and recognized by State Government which includes any hospital , medical institution or educational institution established , maintained or recognized by State Government as such by notification published in Government Gazette for the purpose of anatomy science related examination and dissection or both through officer authorized prescribed in section 2( 1 ) (a) of the Uttar Pradesh Anatomy Act , 1956 , the Governor is pleased to allow to extend the G.O. No. 146 /XX -3-2016-09 ( 01 ) 2016 , dated 21.07.2016, as follows: -
( 1 ) Authorized officer mentioned in section 2( 1 ) ( a) of the Uttar Pradesh Anatomy Act , 1956 means Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police of concerned district , as the case may be;
(2) The unclaimed human dead body available in district may be made available to medical institution affiliated by State Government situated in that district through authorized officer (Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police in district) ;
(3) If a medical institution situated in a district requires an unclaimed human dead body from another district , the unclaimed body may be made available to the said institution through the authorized officer , subject to the prior approval of the Police Headquarters (Director General of Police) .
2- NOW in the light of facts prescribed above , facts prescribed in para 2, 3 and 4 of Government order no . 146/ XX - 3-2016-09 ( 01 ) 2016 , dated 21-07-2016 shall be deemed to be amended to the said extent and remaining prescribed facts and conditions shall remain as it is .
