संख्या-23 नो- I/XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-09 नो - आई / 2009- श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्रीमती डिगरी बाफिला, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 21-04-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय पिथौरागढ़ में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्रीमती डिगरी बाफिला, अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 23 - No - I /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-09 No. - 1 /2009 Dated - April 21 , 2025 .

No. 23 - No - I /XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-09 No -1 /2009 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mrs. Digree Bafila , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 21-04-2025 for District Headquater Pithoragarh and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mrs. Digree Bafila be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
