संख्या-230 /XX- 4/ 2025- E- 68530- राष्ट्रीय जॉच एजेंसी अधिनियम , 2008 (केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 34, 2008 ) के अन्तर्गत अनुसूचित अपराधों की जॉच के संबंध में, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता , 2023 के प्रावधानों के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए , भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 2 (न) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र के लिए पुलिस थाना घोषित करते हैं ।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor ispleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 230 /XX - 4/ 2025- E - 68530 Dated - April 22, 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION

No. 230 /XX - 4/2025- E -68530 -- In exercise of powers conferred under section 2( 1 ) (u ) of the BNSS , 2023, the Governor, hereby declares that the place specified in column ( 1 ) below shall be a police station for the area specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof , in respect of the investigation of scheduled offences under the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 ( Central Act 34 of 2008 ) for exercising the powers under the provisions of the said BNSS , 2023
