संख्या -06नो- A/ XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-03 नो - ए / 2009 - श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री पीयूष शर्मा , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 22-04-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला देहरादून की तहसील विकासनगर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री पीयूष शर्मा , अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.06 No -A/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 No. -A/2009 Dated- April 22, 2025 .

No. 06 No -A/XXXVI -A- 1 / 2025-03 No -A/ 2009 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Piyush Sharma , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 22-04-2025 for Tehsil Vikasnagar, District Dehradun and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 ofNotaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Piyush Sharma , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
