संख्या-07नो- A/ XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-08 रिट / 2010 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या -53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री महादेव प्रसाद , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 02-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला देहरादून की तहसील मसूरी में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री महादेव प्रसाद, अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.07 No - A/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-08 Writ/2010, Dated- May 02 , 2025 .

No. 07 No -A/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-08 Writ/ 2010 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Mahadev Prasad , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 02-05-2025 for Tehsil Mussoorie , District Dehradun and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Mahadev Prasad , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
