संख्या-20 नो- B / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-47 नो - बी / न्याय वि0 / 2002 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या -53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री राज कुमार , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 08-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय हरिद्वार में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री राज कुमार , अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 20 नो-B/XXXVI -A - 1 / 2025-47 No -B/ Law Dept./2002 , dated May 08 , 2025 .

No. 20 नो- B / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-47 No. - B / Law Dept./2002 , --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Raj Kumar, Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 08-05-2025 for District Headquarter Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Raj Kumar, Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
