संख्या-15 / नो ० ई ० / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-02 नो ० ई० / 2005 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री ओम प्रकाश उनियाल, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 21-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील धनोल्टी , जिला टिहरी गढ़वाल में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री ओम प्रकाश उनियाल का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अध् गीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3) ofArticle 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 15 / No - E/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-02 No. - E/2005 , dated May 21 , 2025 .

No. 15 / No - E /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-02 No. - E/ 2005--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Om Prakash Uniyal , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 21-05-2025 forTehsil Dhanolti , District Tehri Garhwal and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Om Prakash Uniyal be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
