संख्या-8 नो - सी / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 नो - सी / 2017 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53, सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री प्रदीप जगूड़ी, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 21-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय उत्तरकाशी में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री प्रदीप जगूड़ी, अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।
आज्ञा से , प्रदीप पन्त, प्रमुख सचिव , न्याय एवं विधि परामर्शी ।
In pursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 08 No - C / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 No - C /2017 , dated May 21 , 2025 .

No. 08 No - C / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 No - C / 2017 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Pradeep Jaguri , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 21-05-2025 for District Headquarter Uttarkashi and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Pradeep Jaguri , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
