संख्या 189 / XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-12 ( 2 ) / 2011 TC- राज्यपाल , उत्तर प्रदेश भू- राजस्व अधिनियम , 1901 (उ० प्र ० अधिनियम संख्या 3 , सन् 1901 ) (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथा प्रवृत्त) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये यह घोषणा करते हैं कि नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में उल्लिखित ग्राम, जिसे अधिसूचना संख्या -520 / XVIII ( 3 )/ 2023-12 ( 02 )/2011 , दिनांक 11 सितम्बर , 2023 द्वारा सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख क्रियाओं के अधीन रखा गया था, में सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख क्रियायें इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से बन्द हो जायेंगी:-

Inpursuanceuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of the Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 189 /XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-12 ( 02 )/ 2011 TC , dated May 23, 2025 for general information.

No. 189 / XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-12 ( 02) / 2011 TC --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act , 1901 ( U.P. Act, No. 03 of 1901 ) , ( as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand), the Governor is pleased to declare that the Survey and Record Operation in the village mentioned in the Schedule below, which were placed under Survey and Record Operation Vide Notification No. 520 /XVIII ( 3 ) /2023- 12( 02 ) / 2011 , dated : 11 September 2023, shall be closed with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette . : --
