संख्या-05 नो- F / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 नो - एफ / 2019 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री खुशहाल सिंह , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 26-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय रूद्रप्रयाग में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री खुशहाल सिंह, अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 05 No - F / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 No- F/2019, dated May 26 , 2025 .

No. 05 No - F /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 No - F / 2019 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Khushal Singh , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 26-05-2025 for District Headquarter Rudraprayag and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Khushal Singh , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
