संख्या-16 नो - ई / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-10 नो - ई / 2009 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53, सन् 1952 ) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री दिनेश चन्द्र सेमवाल , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 26-05-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय टिहरी गढ़वाल में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री दिनेश चन्द्र सेमवाल, अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 16 No - E /XXXVI - A - 1/ 2025-10 No - E/2009 , dated May 26 , 2025 .

No. 16 No - E /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-10 No - E / 2009 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Dinesh Chandra Semwal , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 26-05-2025 for District Headquarter Tehri Garhwal and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Dinesh Chandra Semwal , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
