चूंकि, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में नामित, विस्तारित और वर्णित भू- गृहादि ऐसा स्थान है, जिसका प्रयोग सार्वजनिक प्रकार के प्रयोजनों के लिए अर्थात् एल ० पी ० जी ० सिलेंडरों की आपूर्ति के लिए किया जाता है;
और चूंकि, उससे सम्बन्धित जानकारी या उसका विनाश या उसमें बाधा या उसमें हस्तक्षेप शत्रु को उपयोगी होगा;
अतएव , अब राज्यपाल, भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या- का0 आ0-2609(अ) , दिनांक 30 सितम्बर , 2014 सपठित शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम, 1923 (1923 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 19 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (8) के उपखण्ड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में नामित , विस्तारित और वर्णित भू- गृहादि को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए एक " प्रतिषिद्ध स्थान " घोषित करते हैं और अग्रेत्तर निदेश देते है कि इस अधिसूचना की एक प्रति अंग्रेजी में और उस स्थान की जन - भाषा में उस भू- गृहादि पर लगायी जायेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Whereas , the premises named , detailed and described in the Schedule given herein below is a place used for purposes of a public character namely for filling and dispatch of LPG cylinders ,
And whereas , information with respect thereto , or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith , would be useful to an enemy ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause (d) of clause ( 8 ) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act , 1923 (Act no . 19 of 1923 ) read with, notification no . S.O. 2609 (E ) , dated 30 September 2014 of Ministry of Home Affairs , Government of India, the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given herein below to be a "Prohibited Place " for the purpose of the said Act , and further directs that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality shall be affixed to that premises .
