संख्या-31 / नो ० आई ० / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-01 नो 0आई 0 / 2009- श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री पप्पू सिंह धामी उर्फ पवित्र सिंह धामी, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 11-06-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय पिथौरागढ में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री पप्पू सिंह धामी उर्फ पवित्र सिंह धामी का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.31 / No -I /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-01 No. - 1/ 2009 Dated- June 11 , 2025.

No. 31 / No - I / XXXVI -A - 1/ 2025-01 No. - 1 /2009--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Pappu Singh Dhami alias Pavitra Singh Dhami , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 11-06-2025 for District Headquarter Pithoragarh and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Pappu Singh Dhami alias Pavitra Singh Dhami be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
