संख्या -32 / नो 0 आई 0 / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-24 नो 0आई0 / 2025 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53, सन् 1952) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री विनोद सिंह मतवाल , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 11-06-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला पिथौरागढ़ की तहसील देवलथल में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री विनोद सिंह मतवाल का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.32 / No - I /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-24 No. - 1 /2025 Dated- June 11 , 2025.

No. 32 / No - I / XXXVI -A - 1 / 2025-24 No. - 1 /2025--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Vinod Singh Matwal , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 11-06-2025 for Tahsil Devalthal of District Pithoragarh and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Vinod Singh Matwal be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
