संख्या-26 / नो 0 बी0 / XXXVI -A- 1 / 2025-04 रिट / 2025 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके सुश्री रेणू डोली उपाध्याय , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 12-06-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय हरिद्वार में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि सुश्री रेणू डोली उपाध्याय , का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।
2- यह नोटरी नियुक्ति मा ० उत्तराखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय , नैनीताल में विचाराधीन रिट याचिका सं0-18 / 2025 (M / S) प्रदीप राज भारती बनाम उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के अन्तिम निर्णय के अधीन रहेगी ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.26 / No - B /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 Writ/2025 Dated- June 12, 2025 .

No. 26/No - B /XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-04 Writ/ 2025 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Ms. Renu Dolly Upadhyay, Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 12-06-2025 for District Head- quarter Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Ms. Renu Dolly Upadhyay be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
2- This notary appointment is being issued under the Writ Petition No. 18/2025 ( M / S ) Pradeep Raj Bharti vs. State of Uttarakhand , pending before the Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court , Nainital . If the Hon'ble High Court passes any different order , the state government will immediately terminate the said notary appointment.
