संख्या-26 / नो ० बी० / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-15 नो 0 बी 0 / 2004T.C- श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री कालूराम वत्स , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 17-06-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला हरिद्वार की तहसील लक्सर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री कालूराम वत्स का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No.26 / No - B /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-15 No. - B/ 2004 T.C Dated- June 17 , 2025.

No.26 /No - B / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-15 No. - B /2004 T.C --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Kalu Ram Vats , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 17-06-2025 for Tahsil Laksar of District Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules, 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Kalu Ram Vats be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
