संख्या-877 / XX- 5-2025-03 ( 10 ) 2025--राज्यपाल समान नागरिक संहिता, उत्तराखण्ड , 2024 की धारा 48 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके समान नागरिक संहिता नियमावली, उत्तराखण्ड, 2025 में संशोधन करने के दृष्टिगत् निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं , अर्थातः-
समान नागरिक संहिता (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली , उत्तराखण्ड, 2025
संक्षिप्त नाम 1. और प्रारम्भ
(1 ) इस नियमावली का संक्षिप्त नाम समान नागरिक संहिता (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, उत्तराखण्ड, 2025 है ।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी ।
नियम 9 का 2. संशोधन
समान नागरिक संहिता नियमावली , उत्तराखण्ड, 2025 के नियम 9 के उपनियम ( 3 ) के अंत में स्पष्टीकरण निम्नवत् अन्तःस्थापित कर दिया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"स्पष्टीकरणः- पंजीकृत विवाह की अभिस्वीकृति के मामले में उपनियम (3 )(ज), (3) (ञ) , (3) (ड)( iv) (क), (3 ) (ड)( iv) (ख) , (3 )(ड)(vi ) (क) , (3)(ड) (vi) (ख) एवं (3) (ड)( vi ) (ग) के प्रावधान लागू नहीं होंगे । "

In pursuance of the provision of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of " the Constitution of India " , theGovernor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No.877 /XX - 5-2025-03( 10 ) 2025 , Dated- June 19, 2025 for general Information .

No.877 /XX - 5-2025-03 ( 10 ) 2025--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Uniform Civil Code , Uttarakhand , 2024 , the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uniform Civil Code Rules , Uttarakhand , 2025: - (2)
The Uniform Civil Code ( Second Amendment) Rules , Uttarakhand , 2025
1.
Short title and commencement
(1) These Rules may be called the Uniform Civil Code (Second Amendment) Rules , Uttarakhand , 2025 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .

Rule 9 Amendment of In the Uniform Civil Code Rules , Uttarakhand , 2025 , in the end of sub rule (3) of rule 9 explanation shall be inserted as follows , namely: - "Explanation: - The provisions of sub - rules ( 3 ) (h ) , ( 3 ) (j ) , ( 3 ) (m ) ( iv) ( a) , (3 ) (m ) (iv ) (b ) , (3 ) (m) ( vi ) ( a ) , ( 3 ) (m ) ( vi ) ( b ) and (3 ) (m) (vi) (c) shall not apply in the case of acknowledgement of a registered marriage. "
