NOTIFICATION
In relation to section 4(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 , and in exercise of the powers conferred by relevant sections of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023 ) the Governor , in consultation with the High Court of Uttarakhand is pleased to allow make the following guidelines for the award of Community Services as punishment , namely : -
The Uttarakhand Community Services Guidelines , 2025
Short title and 1. (1) These guidelines may be called the Uttarakhand Community
commencement Services Guidelines , 2025 .
(2) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the
official Gazette of the State of Uttarakhand .
Conditions and 2 . The conditions and requirements of the community services shallbe
