राज्यपाल, अधिसूचना संख्या 33 / भू०अ० एस ० एस०बी० पिथौरागढ़ (द्वालीसेरा ) , 2024-25 दिनांक 03 अप्रैल, 2025 के क्रम में भूमि अर्जन , पुनर्वासन और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 30) की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1 ) तथा (2) के अधीन यह घोषणा करते हैं कि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि जनपद पिथौरागढ़ की तहसील कनालीछीना के ग्राम द्वालीसेरा में 55 वीं वाहिनी सशस्त्र सीमा बल, पिथौरागढ़ की सीमा चौकी द्वालीसेरा की स्थापना, जो कि एक महत्वपूर्ण लोक प्रयोजन है, हेतु ग्राम द्वालीसेरा , तहसील कनालीछीना, जिला पिथौरागढ़ की 0.520 है ० भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है ।
उपर्युक्त परियोजना हेतु निम्नलिखित भू- खंडों जिनका अर्जन किया जाना है, का विस्तृत विवरण निम्नलिखित है: -

राज्यपाल का यह समाधान हो गया है कि यह घोषणा हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों के आक्षेपों को सुनने और भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन एवं पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर एवं पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम , 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 15 में यथा उपबंधित सम्यक् जांचोपरान्त की गयी है । भूमि अर्जन के कारण पुनर्व्यवस्थापन के लिए संभावित कुटुम्बों की संख्या शून्य है ।
उक्त भूमि के या उक्त भूमि के किसी भाग में पड़े कोयला, लौह पत्थर , स्लेट या अन्य खनिजों की खानें हैं , खान और खनिज के ऐसे भागों में जिन्हें उस प्रयोजन, जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जित की जा रही है, की परियोजना के निर्माण चरण के दौरान खोदे जाने या हटाये या उपयोग किये जाने की अपेक्षा है, को छोड़कर आवश्यक नहीं है ।
टिप्पणी- हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों द्वारा जिलाधिकारी , पिथौरागढ़ के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस में योजना से सम्बन्धित भू-अभिलेखों का अवलोकन किया जा सकता है ।

Under sub - section ( 1 ) and sub section (2) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 (Act no 30 of 2013), in continuation of the Notification No. 33 / भू०अ ० एस ० एस ०बी० पिथौरागढ़ (द्वालीसेरा) , 2024-25 दिनांक 03 अप्रैल , 2025 , the Governor is pleased to declare that the State Government is satisfied thatTotal 0.520 hectares land acquisition is required in the village Dwalisera , Tehsil Kanalichina, District Pithoragarh for Establishment of 55th Corps Sashastra Seema Bal , Border Post Dwalisera, which is an important public purpose .

The Governor is satisfied that this declaration is made after hearing of interested persons with the due investigation as provided in section - 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 (Act no 30 of 2013 ) . The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is nil .
Mines of coal , iron- stone , slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed .
Note- A Plan of the project land records may be inspected by the interested persons in the office of the Collector, Pithoragarh in any working Day.
