राज्यपाल , उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 वर्ष 1904) ( समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित) की धारा 21 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य में स्थित जनपदों के अभिलेखों के अनुरक्षण हेतु रजिस्ट्रेशन मैनुअल उत्तर प्रदेश (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथाप्रवृत्त) के नियम 178 में निम्नवत् संशोधन करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं: -

178 प्रत्येक जिले के लिए जिला रजिस्ट्रार का राज्य में स्थित जनपदों के निबंधन कार्यालयों कार्यालय केन्द्रीय अभिलेखागार होगा और के शाश्वत काल तक सुरक्षित रखे जाने उसके अपने कार्यालय तथा अधीनस्थ वाले अभिलेखों के अनुरक्षण हेतु निम्नवत् कार्यालयों के ऐसे रजिस्टर जिन्हें तालिका के स्तम्भ -1 में उल्लिखित केन्द्रीय हो, अभिलेखागार में स्तम्भ 2 में उल्लिखित पर जनपदों के अभिलेख अनुरक्षित किये जायेंगे:- शाश्वतकाल तक सुरक्षित रखा जाना इस अभिलेखागार को समय- समय भेजे जावेंगे ।

Inpursuance of the provision of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the " Constitution of India " , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 313796/2025 /XXVII ( 9) / Stamp - 82 / 2009/ E - 74929 , dated July 14 , 2025 for general information:

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 ( as amended from time to time) (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1904) , the Governor is pleased to allow to make the following amendment in Rule 178 of the Registration Manual Uttar Pradesh ( as applicable in state of Uttarakhand) for maintenance of records of districts situated in the State : -
