"भारत का संविधान " के अनुच्छेद 213 के खण्ड (1 ) के अधीन मा० राज्यपाल ने 'समान नागरिक संहिता, उत्तराखण्ड (संशोधन) अध्यादेश , 2025' प्रख्यापित किया है और वह उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का अध्यादेश संख्याः 03 वर्ष-2025 के रूप में सर्व साधारण के सूचनार्थ इस अधिसूचना द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।

समान नागरिक संहिता , उत्तराखण्ड, 2024 (अधिनियम संख्या -03 वर्ष, 2024) में अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने के लिए
अध्यादेश
चूँकि, राज्य की विधान सभा सत्र में नहीं है और राज्यपाल का यह समाधान हो गया है कि ऐसी परिस्थितियां विद्यमान है, जिनके कारण उन्हें तुरन्त कार्रवाई करना आवश्यक हो गया है;
अतएव, अब , राज्यपाल भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 213 के खण्ड (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित अध्यादेश प्रख्यापित करते हैं-
संक्षिप्त नाम और
प्रारम्भ
1. (1) इस अध्यादेश का संक्षिप्त नाम समान नागरिक संहिता, उत्तराखण्ड (संशोधन) अध्यादेश , 2025 है ।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।
धारा 7 का संशोधन
2. समान नागरिक संहिता उत्तराखण्ड, 2024 (जिसे यहाँ आगे मूल संहिता कहा गया है) की धारा 7 में , उपधारा (1 ) के द्वितीय परन्तुक में, 'छह माह' शब्दों के स्थान पर ' एक वर्ष' शब्द रख दिये जायेंगे ।

धारा 10 का संशोधन
मूल संहिता में, धारा 10 में,-
(i) उपधारा (2) में, ' छह माह' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'एक वर्ष' शब्द रख दिये जायेंगे ;
(ii) उपधारा (3 ) में, ' छह माह ' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'एक वर्ष ' शब्द रख दिये जायेंगे ।

धारा 11 का संशोधन
मूल संहिता में, धारा 11 में,-
(i) उपधारा (3 ) में, ' छह माह' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'एक वर्ष ' शब्द रख दिये जायेंगे;
(ii) उपधारा (4) में, ' छह माह' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'एक वर्ष ' शब्द रख दिये जायेंगे ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of 'The Uniform Civil Code , Uttarakhand (Amendment) Ordinance , 2025' ( Uttarakhand Ordinance No. 03 of 2025 ) .
Aspromulgated by the Governor on 24 July, 2025.

further to amend the Uniform Civil Code , Uttarakhand , 2024 (Act No. 03 of the year , 2024) ,
Whereas , the Legislative Assembly of the State is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1 ) of article 213 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinances: -

Short title and 1. ( 1 ) This Ordinance may be called the Uniform Civil Code , Uttarakhand ( Amendment ) Ordinance , 2025 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
Amendment of section 7
2. In section 7 of the Uniform Civil Code , Uttarakhand , 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Code ) , in the second proviso to the sub- section ( 1 ) , for the words ' six months ' , the words ' one year' shall be substituted.

3. In the principal Code , in section 10 , -
Amendment of section 10
(i) in sub - section ( 2 ) , for the words ' six months ' , the words 'one year ' shall be substituted;
(ii) in sub - section (3 ) , for the words ' six months ' , the words ' one year ' shall be substituted.
4. In the principal Code , in section 11 , -
Amendment of section 11
(i ) in sub - section ( 3 ) , for the words ' six months ' , the words 'one year' shallbe substituted ;
( ii) in sub - section (4) , for the words ' six months ' , the words 'one year' shall be substituted .
