राज्यपाल , साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम सं० 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित होने की दिनांक से उत्तराखण्ड स्टाम्प (ई- स्टाम्प प्रमाण पत्रों के माध्यम से शुल्क का संदाय ) नियमावली, 2011 (समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित) के नियम 2 (1 ) (झ)एवं 25(4 ) के अन्तर्गत नेशनल ई - गवर्नेस सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (एन० ई०एस ०एल०) के माध्यम से स्टॉक होल्डिंग कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (एस० एच० सी ०आई० एल ०) के सहयोग से डिजिटल ई - स्टाम्पिंग के माध्यम से, भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 की अनुसूची 1 - खा में वर्णित उत्तराखंड राज्य में लागू गैर पंजीकरण योग्य उपकरणों के अन्तर्गत अनुच्छेद-26 कस्टम बांड (custums Bond) के लिए पेपरलेस ई - स्टांपिंग शुरू करने हेतु स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं ।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the " Constitution of India " , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 318377/2025 / XXVII ( 9 ) / 2023 / Stamp - 42 / 2008 , dated July 31 , 2025 for general information :

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no . 10 of 1897) , the Governor is pleased to give assent to introduce paperless e - stamping for Article 26 Customs Bond under non registrable instruments as mentioned in Schedule 1 - B of the Indian Stamp Act , 1899 as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand under rules 2( 1 ) (i) and 25(4) of the Uttarakhand Stamp (Payment of duty by means of e- Stamp Certificates ) Rules , 2011 (as amended from time to time) , through digital e - stamping through National e- Governance Service Limited (NESL ) in collaboration with Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette .
