संख्या-44 नो- B / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-22 नो-बी / 2009 - श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके सुश्री रीतेश कुमारी, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 12-08-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय हरिद्वार में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि सुश्री रीतेश कुमारी , अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 44 नो-B /XXXVI -A-1 /2025-22 No - B/2009 , dated August 12 , 2025 .

No. 44 नो-B /XXXVI -A - 1 / 2025-22 No - B / 2009 , --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Ms. Ritesh Kumari , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 12-08-2025 for District Headquarter Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules, 1956 also directs that the name ofMs. Ritesh Kumari , Advocate be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
