संख्या-667 / XXVIII- 2-2025-92 / 2001- राज्यपाल , औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 ( 1940 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 23 ) की धारा 21 (1 ) , औषधि ( मूल्य नियंत्रण) आदेश 1995 का पैरा 21 (1 ) (क) एवं औषधि और चमत्कारिक उपचार (आक्षेपणीय विज्ञापन ) अधिनियम , 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 21 ) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित औषधि निरीक्षक , ग्रेड-2 को उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के अन्तर्गत उपरोक्त अधिनियमों के उपबन्धों के प्रवर्तन हेतु प्राधिकृत किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं: -

In pursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of the article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 667/ XXVIII - 2-2025-92/ 2001 Dated- August 13 , 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION

No. 1076/XXVIII - 2-2025-92/ 2001 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 (1 ) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act , 1940 ( Act No. 23 of 1940 ) , para 21 ( 1 ) ( a) of the Drugs ( Price Control ) Order, 1995, and section 8 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act , 1954 ( Act No. 21 of 1954) , the Governor is pleased to allow to authorize of the following Drug Inspectors , Grade - 2 , within the jurisdiction of the State of Uttarakhand for the enforcement of the provisions of the above Acts : -
