संख्या-38 नो- I / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-05 नो -आई / 2015 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952(अधिनियम संख्या -53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री रूद्र सिंह पण्डा, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 26-08-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील मुनस्यारी , जिला पिथौरागढ़ में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री रूद्र सिंह पण्डा का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 38 No - I /XXXVI - A - 1 /2025-05 No-1 /2015 , dated August 26 , 2025.

No. 38 No -I/ XXXVI - A- 1 /2025-05 No - 1 /2015 --In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ), the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Rudra Singh Panda , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 26-08-2025 for Tehsil Munsyari , District Pithoragarh and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules, 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Rudra Singh Panda be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the saidAct.
