संख्या-725 / XXVIII - 2-2025-1 ( 16) /2025- राज्यपाल , औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री (अपराधों का शमन) नियम, 2025 के नियम 3 के उपनियम (2) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए औषधि नियंत्रक/नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी (Controlling Authority) उत्तराखण्ड को शमन प्राधिकारी (Compounding Authority) के रूप में नियुक्त किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं ।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of the Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 725 /XXVIII - 2- 2025-1 ( 16 )/ 2025 , dated August 26 , 2025 for general information .

No. 1120 / XXVIII - 2-2025-1 ( 16 ) / 2025 , --In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule ( 2 ) of rule 3 of the Drugs and Cosmetics ( Compounding of Offences ) Rules , 2025 , the Governor , is pleased to allow to appoint the Drug Controller/ Controlling Authority Uttarakhand as the Compounding Authority.
