संख्या-05 नो-जी / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 नो- जी / 2008- श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या -53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्रीमती राधा रानी , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 26-08-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील पोखरी , जिला चमोली में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्रीमती राधा रानी , का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 05 No - G / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-04 No- G / 2008 , dated August 26 , 2025.

No. 05 No -G /XXXVI - A -1 / 2025-04 No - G/ 2008 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mrs. Radha Rani , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 26-08-2025 for Tehsil Pokhari , District Chamoli and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mrs. Radha Rani be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act
