संख्या-28 नो- M/XXXVI - A- 1 /2025-07 नो - एम/ 2010 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री टेक चन्द्र , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 09-09-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील जसपुर, जिला ऊधमसिंह नगर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री टेक चन्द्र का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 28 No - M /XXXVI - A-1 / 2025-07 No. - M/ 2010 Dated- September 09 , 2025

No. 28 No - M / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2025-07 No - M / 2010 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Tek Chandra , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 09-09-2025 for Tehsil Jaspur , District Udhamsingh Nagar in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules, 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Tek Chandra be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
