संख्या-547 / XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-03 ( 06 ) / 2016- राज्यपाल , उत्तर प्रदेश भू- राजस्व अधिनियम, 1901 ( उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3 , वर्ष 1901 ) (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथा प्रवृत्त) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये यह घोषणा करते हैं कि नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में उल्लिखित ग्राम , जिसे शासन की अधिसूचना सं0-70 / 1-14-2000-49 (2) -94-81 दिनांक 10 मार्च , 2000 द्वारा सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख क्रियाओं के अधीन रखा गया था, में सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख संक्रियायें इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से बन्द हो जायेंगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause (3) of the article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 547/ XVIII (3 ) /2025-03 ( 06 ) / 2016 Dated- September 12 , 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION

No. 547 /XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-03 ( 06) /2016 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act , 1901 ( U.P. Act. No. 3 of 1901 ) , ( as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand) , the Governor declares that the Survey and Record Operation in the village mentioned in the Schedule below which were placed under Survey and Record Operation Vide Govt . Notification No. 70/1-14-2000-49 ( 2 ) -94-81 dated March 10 , 2000 Shall be closed with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
