अधिसूचना
चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना समीचीन है ;
अतएव , अब, राज्यपाल, उत्तराखण्ड माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( 2017 का 06 ) की धारा 11 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , परिषद की सिफारिश पर , उत्तराखण्ड शासन , वित्त अनुभाग -8 की अधिसूचना संख्या 516/2017/9 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 ) /2017 दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ (4 ) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "9% " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 22 सितम्बर, 2025 से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 609/2025/01 ( 120) /XXVII (8 ) / 2025 , CTR- 11 , dated September 18, 2025 for general information :

NOTIFICATION
WHEREAS , the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest ;
Now , THEREFORE , In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 06 of 2017 ) , the Governor , on the recommendations of the Council , is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand , Finance Section - 8 , No. 516/2017/9 ( 120 )/XXVII ( 8 ) /2017 dated the 29th June , 2017 , namely: -
In the said notification , in the TABLE , against S. No. 1 , for the entry under column (4) , the entry " 9 % " shall be substituted .
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd day of September, 2025 .
