अधिसूचना
चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना समीचीन है ;
अतएव , अब, राज्यपाल, उत्तराखण्ड माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( 2017 का 06) की धारा 11 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिश पर, उत्तराखण्ड शासन, वित्त अनुभाग-8 की अधिसूचना संख्या 144/ 2018/18 ( 120 ) / XXVII (8)/ 2017 /CTR- 8 दिनांक 06 फरवरी, 2018 में निम्नलिखित अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " अधिसूचना संख्या 514/2017/9 ( 120) /XXVII ( 8 )/2017 दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 की अनुसूची IV " शब्दों, कोष्ठकों और अंकों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएग, यथाः-
" अधिसूचना संख्या-607 / 2025 / 1 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 )/2025 , दिनांक 18.09.2025 की अनुसूची ।। "
2. यह अधिसूचना 22 सितम्बर, 2025 से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 610/2025/01 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 ) / 2025 , CTR - 12 , dated September 18, 2025 for general information:

NOTIFICATION
WHEREAS , the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;
Now , THEREFORE , In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 06 of 2017) , the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council , is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand , Finance Section - 8 , No. 144/2018/18 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 )/ 2017/CTR- 8 dated the 06th February , 2018, namely: -
In the said notification , for the words , brackets , and figures " Schedule IV of Notification No. 514/2017/9 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 ) / 2017 dated the 29th June , 2017 " , the following shall be substituted , namely: -
"Schedule II or schedule III of Notification No.607/ 2025 / 01 ( 120 ) /XXVII ( 8 ) / 2025 dated 18.09.2025 " .
2. This notification shall come into force on the 22nd day of September , 2025.
