अधिसूचना
चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, राज्यपाल, उत्तराखण्ड माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 06) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्द्वारा परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, उत्तराखण्ड शासन वित्त अनुभाग -8 द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना संख्या 531/2017/9 ( 120 ) /XXVII (8)/ 2017 दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना में, खंड ( iv) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"(v) स्थानीय डिलीवरी देने के रूप में सेवाएं सिवाय वहां जहां इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वाणिज्यिक प्रचालक के माध्यम से ऐसी सेवाओं की पूर्ति करने वाला व्यक्ति उत्तराखण्ड माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 की धारा 22 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के तहत पंजीकरण के लिए उत्तरदायी है । "
2. यह अधिसूचना 22 सितम्बर, 2025 से लागू होगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Notification No. 615/2025/01 ( 120)/XXVII ( 8)/2025 - TC, CTR - 17, dated September 18 , 2025 for general information:

NOTIFICATION
interest; WHEREAS , the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public
Now, THEREFORE , In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (5) of section 9 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) , the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand , Finance Section - 8 , No. 531/2017/9 (120) /XXVII (8 ) / 2017, dated the 29th June , 2017 , namely : -
In the said notification, after clause (iv) , the following clause shall be inserted , namely:
"(v) services by way of local delivery except where the person supplying such services through electronic commerce operator is liable for registration under sub section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017" .
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 22nd day of September 2025 .
