संख्या-10 नो - के/XXXVI -A- 1 /2025-04 नो-के / 2011- श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री ललित मोहन आर्या , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 29-09-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील रानीखेत , जिला अल्मोड़ा में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री ललित मोहन आर्या का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English translation of Notification No. 10 नो-के No -K/ XXXVI -A- 1 /2025-04 No. - K/2011 Dated- September 29, 2025.

No. 10 नो-के No-K/XXXVI -A- 1 / 2025-04 No -K/2011 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Lalit Mohan Arya , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 29-09-2025 for Tehsil Ranikhet, District Almora in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules ,1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Lalit Mohan Arya be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
