संख्या-31 नो- M / XXXVI -A- 1 / 2025-18 नो - एम / 2010 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री मो० सलीम, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 17-10-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील खटीमा , जिला ऊधमसिंह नगर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री मो० सलीम का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 31 No - M /XXXVI - A - 1/ 2025-18 No - M/ 2010 , Dated- October 17, 2025 .

No. 31 No - M / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-18 No - M / 2010 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Mohd . Salim , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 17-10-2025 for Tehsil Khatima , District Udhamsingh Nagar in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Mohd . Salim be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
