संख्या -63 नो - बी /XXXVI -A -1 / 2025-03 नो - बी/ 2011 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या -53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्रीमती अलका शर्मा, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 30-10-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये तहसील रुड़की, जिला हरिद्वार में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्रीमती अलका शर्मा , अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।
आज्ञा से, प्रशान्त जोशी, प्रमुख सचिव, न्याय एवं विधि परामर्शी ।
In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 63 No - B /XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 No - B/2011 , Dated- October 30 , 2025 .

No. 63 No - B/ XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-03 No - B / 2011 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mrs. Alka Sharma , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 30-10-2025 for Tehsil Roorkee , District Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mrs. Alka Sharma be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act.
