संख्या-60 नो- बी/ XXXVI-A-1/ 2025-08 नो- बी/ 2011 - श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री भूपेश कुमार शर्मा , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 30-10-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय , हरिद्वार में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री भूपेश कुमार शर्मा का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In ursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 60 No - B /XXXVI - A -1/ 2025-08 No - B/ 2011 , Dated- October 30 , 2025 .

No. 60 No - B / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-08 No - B /2011 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Bhupesh Kumar Sharma , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 30-10-2025 for District Headquarter Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Bhupesh Kumar Sharma be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
