संख्या-42 नो-A/ XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-87 नो- ए/ 2002 - श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री मोहन लाल पेटवाल , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 18-11-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला देहरादून की तहसील मसूरी में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री मोहन लाल पेटवाल , अधिवक्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 42 No - A/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-87 No -A/ 2002 , Dated- November 18 , 2025 .

No. 42 No - A / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-87 No - A/ 2002 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Mohan Lal Petwal , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 18-11-2025 for Tehsil Mussoorie , District Dehradun and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Mohan Lal Petwal be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
