संख्या-35 नो - एम/XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-31 नो- एम / 2010 -श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952 ) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री जरनैल सिंह, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 01-12-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला ऊधमसिंह नगर की तहसील बाजपुर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री जरनैल सिंह का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 35/ No - M /XXXVI - A -1/ 2025-31 No - M/2010 , Dated- December 01 , 2025 .

No. 35 / No - M / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-31 No - M / 2010 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Jarnail Singh , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 01-12-2025 for Tehsil Bazpur , District Udhamsingh Nagar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Jarnail Singh be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
