संख्या-44 नो - ए /XXXVI - A-1 / 2025-74 नो-ए/ 2002- श्री राज्यपाल , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री राजीव कुमार , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 01-12-2025 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला मुख्यालय देहरादून में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम -8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि श्री राजीव कुमार का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।
आज्ञा से, प्रशान्त जोशी, प्रमुख सचिव, न्याय एवं विधि परामर्शी ।
In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor ispleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 44 / No - A/XXXVI -A- 1/2025-74 Νο-A/2002 , Dated- December 01 , 2025 .

No. 44 / No - A / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2025-74 No - A/ 2002 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Act No- 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 01-12-2025 for District Headquarter Dehradun and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Rajeev Kumar be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
