संख्या-2955 / X - 2-2025-19 ( 10 ) 2021- राज्यपाल " भारत का संविधान " के अनुच्छेद 166 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये "मानव वन्यजीव संघर्ष राहत वितरण निधि नियमावली, 2024 में अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं: -
"मानव वन्यजीव संघर्ष राहत वितरण निधि (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
1. (1) इस नियमावली का संक्षित नाम " मानव वन्यजीव संघर्ष राहत वितरण निधि (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2025 है ।
(2)
यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. नियम 9 का संशोधन
मानव वन्यजीव संघर्ष राहत निधि नियमावली , 2024 के नियम 9 के उप नियम (1 ) में दी गयी तालिका में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये " वयस्क व अवस्यक की मृत्यु पर " के प्रावधान के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिये गये प्रावधान प्रतिस्थापित कर दिये जायेंगे, अर्थात्ः-

Inpursuance of the provision of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English Translation of Notification No. 2955/X- 2-2025-19 ( 10 ) 2021 Dated- December 05 , 2025 for general information:
NOTIFICATION

No. 2955 /X - 2-2025-19 ( 10 ) 2021 --In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 166 of the "Constitution of India " , the Governor is pleased to make following rules to further amend the Human-Wildlife Conflict Relief Distribution Fund Rules , 2024 " : -
"TheHuman-Wildlife Conflict Relief Distribution Fund (Amendment ) Rules , 2025"
1.
Short title and commencement
(1) These rules may be called the Human - Wildlife Conflict Relief Distribution Fund (Amendment ) Rules , 2025 .
(2) It shall come into force with immediate effect.

Amendment of Rule 9 for the Provision
Inthe table given in sub rule (1) of the Rule 9 of the Human- Wildlife Conflict Relief Distribution Fund Rules , 2024 , Provision of Death of an adult or a minor , given in Column 1, Shall be Substituted by the Provision given in Column 2,
