संख्या-806 / XX - 4 / 2025-92585- जबकि, उत्तराखण्ड राज्य सरकार , एतद्वारा , दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन अधिनियम , 1946 की धारा 6 के अनुपालन में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम , 2000 (वर्ष 2000 की अधिनियम सं. 21 ) [ सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (संशोधन) अधिनियम , 2008 (वर्ष 2009 की अधिनियम सं. 10) द्वारा यथासंशोधित ] के तहत किए गए अपराधों और अपराधों के श्रेणियों तथा ऐसे एक या अधिक अपराधों से जुड़े या उससे संबद्ध किसी दुष्प्रयास, दुष्प्रेरणा और षड्यंत्र तथा उसी संव्यवहार में किए गए या उन्हीं तथ्यों से उत्पन्न किसी अन्य अपराध/अपराधों का अन्वेषण करने के लिए दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन के सदस्यों की शक्तियों और क्षेत्राधिकार का विस्तार समस्त उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में करने की अपनी सहमति देती है ।
यह अधिसूचना तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause (3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English Translation of Notification No. 806 /XX(4) / 2025-92585 Dated- December 16 , 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION
December 16, 2025
No. 806 /XX ( 4 )/ 2025-92585 --Whereas , the State Government of Uttarakhand , in pursuance of section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 hereby gives its consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole State of Uttarakhand for investigation of the offences or classes of offences under Information TechnologyAct , 2000 (Act No. 21 of 2000 ) as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment ) Act , 2008 (Act No. 10 of 2009) and attempt , abetments and conspiracies in relation to or in connection with one or more of the offences and any other offence( s) committed in the course of same transaction or arising out ofsame facts .
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect .
