संख्या-949/XVIII ( 3 ) / 2025-03 ( 20 )/ 2021- राज्यपाल , उत्तर प्रदेश भू- राजस्व अधिनियम , 1901 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3 , वर्ष 1901 ) (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथा प्रवृत्त) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये यह घोषणा करते है कि शासन की अधिसूचना सं0-1026 / XVIII (3 ) / 2022-03 (20)/ 2021 दिनांक 25 नवम्बर, 2022 द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित ग्राम, को सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख क्रियाओं के अधीन रखा गया था , में सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख क्रियायें इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से बन्द हो जायेगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause ( 3 ) of the article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English Translation of Notification No. 949/XVIII ( 3 )/2025- 03 ( 20 ) /2021 , Dated- December 23 , 2025 for general information .
NOTIFICATION

No. 949/XVIII ( 3 ) /2025-03 ( 20 )/ 2021 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act , 1901 ( U.P. Act . No. 3 of 1901 ) , ( as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand ) , the Governor is pleased to declare that the Survey and Record Operation in the Village mentioned in the Schedule below which were placed under Survey and Record Operation Vide Govt . Notification No. 1026 /XVIII ( 3 ) /2022-03 ( 20 )/2012 , dated 25 November, 2022 shall be closed with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette .
