संख्या-02 नो- बी/ XXXVI -A-1 / 2026-25 नो- बी/ 2010- श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा -3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्रीमती सुशीला गुप्ता, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 12-01-2026 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला हरिद्वार की तहसील रुड़की में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4 ) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्रीमती सुशीला गुप्ता का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

No. 02 No - B / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2026-25 No - B / 2010 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Act No - 53 of 1952 ), the Governor is pleased to appoint Mrs. Sushila Gupta , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 12-01-2026 for Tehsil Roorkee , District Haridwar and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mrs. Sushila Gupta be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
