अधिसूचना
राज्यपाल, उत्तराखण्ड मंत्री (वेतन, भत्ता और प्रकीर्ण उपबन्ध) अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 13 और धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के परिपेक्ष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश मंत्री (यात्रा भत्ता) नियमावली, 1997 (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथाप्रवृत्त) में अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं, अर्थातः-
उत्तर प्रदेश मंत्री (यात्रा भत्ता) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ-
1. (1 ) इस नियमावली का संक्षिप्त नाम उत्तर प्रदेश मंत्री (यात्रा भत्ता) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026 है ।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी ।
नियम 4 का संशोधन-
2. उत्तर प्रदेश मंत्री (यात्रा भत्ता) नियमावली, 1997 (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथाप्रवृत्त) में, नीचे स्तम्भ -1 में दिये गये विद्यमान नियम 4 के स्थान पर स्तम्भ -2 में दिया गया नियम रख दिया जायेगा अर्थातः- 2

4. कोई मंत्री, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री, राज्यमंत्री उप मंत्री भी सम्मिलित हैं, उत्तराखण्ड में उसके बाहर, किन्तु भारत के भीतर अपने कर्तव्यों के पालन के सम्बन्ध में की यात्राओं के लिये फुटकर खर्च का होगा । ऐसे खर्च की अधिकतम सीमा कलैण्डर माह में रूपये 60,000 /- (रूपये हजार मात्र) होगी ।
तथा 4. कोई मंत्री, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री , राज्यमंत्री तथा याउप मंत्री भी सम्मिलित हैं, उत्तराखण्ड में या पदीय उसके बाहर, किन्तु भारत के भीतर अपने पदीय गयी कर्तव्यों के पालन के सम्बन्ध में की गयी हकदार यात्राओं के लिये फुटकर खर्च का हकदार एक होगा । ऐसे खर्च की अधिकतम सीमा एक साठ कलैण्डर माह में रूपये 90,000 /- ( रूपये नब्बे हजार मात्र) होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 and 13 of the Uttarakhand Ministers ( Salaries , Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions ) Act , 2009 , the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to further amend the Uttar Pradesh Minister's (Travelling Allowances ) Rules , 1997 ( as applicable in the Uttarakhand) in the context of Uttarakhand State , namely: -
THE UTTAR PRADESH MINISTER'S ( TRAVELLING ALLOWANCES )
(AMENDMENT ) RULES , 2026
1. Short title and
( 1) These Rules may be called the Uttar Commencement
Pradesh Minister's (Travelling Allowances ) (Amendment ) Rules , 2026 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
2. Amendment of
rule 4
In the Uttar Pradesh Minister's (Travelling Allowances ) Rules , 1997 (as applicable in the Uttarakhand ) , for the existing rule 4 as set out in Column 1 below, the rule as set out in Column 2 shall be substituted , namely: - 3 उत्तराखण्ड असाधारण गजट , 29 जनवरी , 2026 ई० (माघ 09, 1947 शक सम्वत्)

4.
