संख्या-83 / XVIII ( 3 )/ 2026-03 ( 09 ) 2025 - राज्यपाल , उत्तर प्रदेश भू- राजस्व अधिनियम , 1901 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3 , वर्ष 1901 ) (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथा प्रवृत्त) की धारा -48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये यह घोषणा करते हैं कि शासन की अधिसूचना सं0-661 / XVIII (3 ) / 2025-03 (09) / 2025 दिनांक 04 सितम्बर , 2025 द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित ग्राम को सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख संक्रियाओं के अधीन रखा गया था , में सर्वेक्षण एवं अभिलेख संक्रियायें इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की दिनांक से बन्द हो जायेगी ।

In pursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3 ) of the Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English Translation of Notification No. 83/ XVIII ( 3 ) / 2026-03 ( 09 ) 2025 Dated- February 10, 2026 for general information .

No. 83 /XVIII ( 3 ) / 2026-03 ( 09 ) 2025 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act , 1901 ( U.P. Act No. 3 of 1901 ) , ( as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand ) , the Governor declare that the Survey and Record Operation in the village mentioned in the Schedule below which were kept under Survey and Record Operation vide Govt . Notification No. 661 /XVIII ( 3 ) 2025-3 ( 9 ) 2025 Dated 04 September , 2025 shall be closed with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette: -
