संख्या-04 / नो ० ई ० / XXXVI - A- 1 / 2026-06 नो 0 ई 0 / 2010 - श्री राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 (अधिनियम संख्या-53 , सन् 1952) की धारा-3 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके श्री आशीष भण्डारी , अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 11-02-2026 से अग्रेत्तर पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिये जिला टिहरी गढ़वाल की तहसील नरेन्द्र नगर में नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं और नोटरीज रूल्स 1956 के नियम-8 के उपनियम (4) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके यह भी निदेश देते है कि श्री आशीष भण्डारी का नाम उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -4 के अधीन रखे गये नोटरी पंजिका में प्रविष्ट किया जाय ।

Inpursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of following English Translation of Notification No. 04/ No - E / XXXVI - A -1/ 2026-06 No.- E/ 2010 Dated- February 11 , 2026.

No. 04/ No - E / XXXVI - A - 1 / 2026-06 No. - E/ 2010 --In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Act No- 53 of 1952 ) , the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Ashish Bhandari , Advocate as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 11-02-2026 for Tahsil Narendra Nagar of District Tehri Garhwal and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of Notaries Rules , 1956 also directs that the name of Mr. Ashish Bhandari be entered in the register of Notaries maintained under Section 4 of the said Act .
