संख्या -100 / VII - 3-26 / 182- उद्योग / 2001- राज्यपाल , सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 21 की उपधारा ( 1 ) तथा (2 ) सपठित उत्तराखण्ड राज्य सूक्ष्म तथा लघु उद्यम सुकरीकरण परिषद् नियमावली , 2018 के नियम 5 के उपनियम ( 1 ) तथा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं इस सम्बंध में पूर्व में जारी अधिसूचना संख्या 297 / VII /182 उद्योग / 2001 , दिनांक 03 जून 2011 (समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित) को अधिक्रमित करते हुए सूक्ष्म तथा लघु उद्यम सुकरीकरण परिषद् का निम्नवत् गठन किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं:-
1.
महानिदेशक / आयुक्त, उद्योग
अध्यक्ष (पदेन) 2.
सदस्य उद्योग क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञ के रूप में अपर निदेशक , उद्योग
3.
बैंकिग विशेषज्ञ के रूप में संयोजक राज्य स्तरीय बैंकर्स समिति
सदस्य
4.
सदस्य वित्त एवं एकाउन्ट विशेषज्ञ के रूप में वित्त नियंत्रक , उद्योग
5.
सीआईआई उत्तराखण्ड के अध्यक्ष , उद्योग संघों के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में सदस्य
2- सूक्ष्म तथा लघु उद्यम सुकरीकरण परिषद् के उपरोक्त सदस्यों की पदावधि 02 वर्ष की होगी और वे उक्त नियमावली के नियम 8 के अनुसार कृत्यों का निष्पादन और शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the ' Constitution of India ' , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English Translation of Notification No. 100 / VII - 3-26/182 Industry /2001 Dehradun , dated February 24 , 2026 for general information :

No. 100 /VII - 3-26 /182 Industry/ 2001 -- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) and ( 2) of section 21 of the Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act , 2006 , read with sub- (2)
rules ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of rule 5 of the Uttarakhand State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules , 2018, and in supersession of earlier Notification No.297/VII / 182 - Industry/2001 , dated 03 June 2011 (as amended from time to time) issued in this regard , the Governor is pleased to allow to constitution of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council as follows:
1. Director General / Commissioner, Industries-
Chairperson ( Ex - officio)
Member
2. Additional Director, Industries , as an expert from the industry sector-
Member
3. Convenor , State Level Bankers Committee , as a banking expert-
Member
4. Finance Controller, Industries , as a finance and accounts expert-
Member
5. President , CII Uttarakhand , as representative of industry associations-
(2) The tenure of the above members of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council shall be two years , and they shall discharge the duties and exercise the powers as per rule 8 of the said rules .
