संख्या-303 / XXXi ( 15 ) G / 2026-13 ( सा 0) / 2025- राज्यपाल , जनगणना नियम , 1990 के नियम 8 (i) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा भारत की जनगणना 2027 के संबंध में मकानसूचीकरण तथा मकानों की गणना अनुसूचियों के माध्यम से जानकारी एकत्र करने के लिए अधिसूचित अधिसूचना को उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के राजपत्र में निम्नानुसार पुनःप्रकाशित करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

का.आ. 353 (अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, जनगणना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 37) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग 2, खंड 3 उपखंड ( ii) तारीख 9 जनवरी, 2020 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय (भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 120(अ) तारीख 7 जनवरी , 2020 के अधिक्रमण में, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, यह अनुदेश देती है कि वे सभी जनगणना अधिकारी जिसके लिए उन्हें नियुक्त किया गया है, अपनी नियुक्ति से संबंधित स्थानीय क्षेत्रों की सीमाओं के भीतर भारत की जनगणना 2027 के संबंध में मकानसूचीकरण तथा मकानों की गणना अनुसूचियों के माध्यम से जानकारी एकत्र करने के लिए नीचे प्रगणित मदों के संबंध में सभी व्यक्तियों से इस प्रकार के प्रश्न पूछें, अर्थात्ः-
1. भवन नंबर (नगर या स्थानीय प्राधिकरण अथवा जनगणना नंबर) ।
2. जनगणना मकान नंबर ।
3. जनगणना मकान के फर्श में प्रयुक्त प्रमुख सामग्री ।
4. जनगणना मकान के दीवार में प्रयुक्त प्रमुख सामग्री ।
5. जनगणना मकान के छत में प्रयुक्त प्रमुख सामग्री ।
6. जनगणना मकान के उपयोग ।
7. जनगणना मकान की हालत ।
8. परिवार क्रमांक ।

9. परिवार में सामान्यतः रहने वाले व्यक्तियों की कुल संख्या ।
10. परिवार के मुखिया का नाम ।
11. परिवार के मुखिया का लिंग ।
12. क्या परिवार का मुखिया अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य से संबंधित है ।
13. मकान के स्वामित्व की स्थिति ।
14. परिवार के पास रहने के लिए उपलब्ध कमरों की संख्या ।
15. परिवार में रहने वाले विवाहित दंपत्तियों की संख्या ।
16. पेयजल का मुख्य स्रोत ।
17. पेयजल स्रोत की उपलब्धता ।
18. प्रकाश का मुख्य स्रोत ।
19. शौचालय की सुलभता ।
20. शौचालय का प्रकार ।
21. गंदे पानी की निकासी ।
22. स्नानगृह की उपलब्धता ।
23. रसोईघर और एलपीजी / पीएनजी कनेक्शन की उपलब्धता ।
24. खाना पकाने के लिए प्रयुक्त मुख्य ईंधन ।
25. रेडियो / ट्रांजिस्टर ।
26. टेलीविजन ।
27. इंटरनेट सुविधा ।
28. लैपटॉप / कंप्यूटर ।
29. टेलीफोन / मोबाइल फोन / स्मार्ट फोन ।

32. परिवार द्वारा उपभोग किया जाने वाले मुख्य अनाज ।
33. मोबाइल नंबर (केवल जनगणना संबंधी संसूचना के लिए ) ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation ofNotification No - 303 /XXXVI ( 15)/ 2026-13 (सा०)/2025 , Dated- March 06 , 2026 for general information .

No. 303 /XXXVI ( 15)/2026-13 (सा०) /2025- In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 (i ) of the Census Rules 1990 , the Governor is pleased to allow to republish the notification for collecting information through the houselisting and housing census schedule in connection with the Census of India 2027 notified by the Central Government , in the official gazette of the State of Uttarakhand as follows , namely : -

S.O. 353 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 8 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Office of the Registrar General, India) number S.O. 120 (E) , dated the 7th January 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) . dated the 9th January , 2020 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby instructs that all the Census Officers may , within the limits of the local areas for which they have been respectively appointed , ask all such questions from all persons on the items enumerated below for collecting information through the houselisting and housing census schedule in connection with the Census of India 2027 namely : -
1. Building number (Municipal or local authority or census number) .
2. Census house number .
3. Predominant material of floor of the census house ..
4. Predominant material of wall of the census house .
5 .. Predominant material of roof of the census house.
